Darrell Issa goes on epic Twitter rant against Energy Department's innovation claims

Republican Congressman Darrell Issa took to Twitter this afternoon to dissect claims made by the Obama administration’s Energy Department. He specifically attacked the Energy Department’s decision to approve taxpayer funded loans on the basis of dubious assertions of innovation.
